Founder & CEO
After more than two decades working in property finance at NatWest, Shon established Snowdon Property Finance in 2010 to provide tailor made funding solutions to property developers. In 2020 Snowdon changed its name to Chartmead and expanded the team.

Melanie Ellison
Consultant
Melanie Joined Chartmead in 2021 having spent the previous 20 years at NatWest/RBS working with property developers ad investors. She works closely with clients to develop and deliver bespoke funding solutions using her extensive contacts and knowledge of the sector.
